c) My friend Moira is quite extraordinary. By the age of 14, she had  already passed her A levels and two years she published her first novel.

=> Mon amie Moira est assez extraordinaire. À l'âge de 14 ans, elle avait déjà passé ses "A levels" et deux ans plus tard, elle publiait son premier roman.
